1.14.21 – BSP Attends a Virtual Workshop Hosted by the OCBA’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee

On January 14, BSP employees will be attending an OCBA workshop that focuses on Micro-Inequities. Micro-Inequities are subtle actions that single out, marginalize, devalue, or overlook an individual.

In an effort to provide meaningful and practical D&I education and tools for its members, the OCBA is bringing in two experts, Cheryl Thompson and Margaret Baxter, from the Center for Automotive Diversity, Inclusion & Advancement (CADIA).

The workshop aims to bring awareness to hidden biases and inequities and to teach people how to become an ally.
