David Jech is a Paralegal at BSP Law and facilitates the coordination of all aspects of a case, including legal research, drafting discovery, and trial preparations. Prior to joining BSP, David worked as a Litigation Paralegal at McDonald Baas & Livingston PLLC.
David earned his J.D. from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School, with a concentration in litigation. During law school, he was a member of the National Mock Trial Team and Law Review, where he sharpened his advocacy and legal writing skills. He was also recognized with multiple Certificates of Merit for top performance in courses such as Criminal Law, Trial Advocacy, and Negotiation Skills.
