James (“Jim”) M. Brink is a Trial Paralegal at Bush Seyferth PLLC. Jim assists in all aspects of litigation, including fact investigation, written discovery and motions, collaboration with experts, depositions, mediation, and settlement. He also assists with the development of defense strategies, drafting complex briefs and case evaluation summaries, and more.
In addition to his work as a Trial Paralegal, Jim also serves as IT Coordinator. In this role, he is the front-line interface between BSP and its IT provider, and handles most day-to-day in-office technology tasks.
Prior to joining BSP, Jim gained experience as a litigation paralegal at Plunkett Cooney, P.C. and Zausmer, PC. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and History from Central Michigan University. He also received his Paralegal Certificate from Oakland University.
