Marissa A. Wiesen focuses her practice on class actions and appeals.

Prior to joining Bush Seyferth PLLC, Marissa worked as a law clerk for the Honorable J. Richard Creatura and the Honorable David W. Christel of the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington. She also previously worked in business development at Warner Norcross & Judd LLP. Prior to her time at Warner Norcross & Judd, Marissa served as a law clerk for the Honorable Tony M. Davis of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Texas.

Marissa is a graduate of the University of Michigan where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with honors. She went on to the University of Toledo College of Law and received her J.D., magna cum laude, in 2014. While there, Marissa was Executive Editor of the University of Toledo Law Review, a teaching assistant, research assistant, law school admission ambassador, and Themis Bar student representative.
