Paige M. Szymanski litigates securities, complex commercial, and probate cases in state and federal courts for clients ranging from automotive suppliers and investment entities to publicly traded companies.

Before joining BSP Law, Paige Szymanski served as in-house counsel, advising on real estate, franchise, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and a range of commercial matters. She is also an experienced litigator with a focus on securities disputes, complex commercial litigation, and probate issues. Paige has represented clients across diverse industries—including automotive suppliers, investment entities, public companies, and closely held businesses—through all stages of litigation, from discovery and depositions to hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.

Paige earned her J.D. from Michigan State University College of Law, with a concentration in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law. While there, she served as Managing Editor of Articles for the Journal of Business and Securities Law and was a member of Phi Alpha Delta. After Michigan State, she attained her LL.M. from Georgetown in Securities and Financial regulation
