Rachael H. Moore focuses her practice on class actions and appeals. She has experience in the areas of energy and professional liability litigation.
Prior to joining Bush Seyferth PLLC, Rachael was a Litigation Associate at Steptoe & Johnson PLLC, where she gained substantial experience drafting motions and managing discovery. She also worked at Steptoe & Johnson PLLC as a Summer Associate. During Law School, Rachael worked as a Civil Practice Student Attorney where she assisted indigent clients with a range of civil legal matters. While working in the clinic, Rachael received the award for Excellence in Clinical Education.
Rachael received her J.D, Order of the Coif, from the University of Colorado Law School in 2018. There she served as Production Editor of the Colorado Law Review. Rachael received her B.A. in International Relations with a specialization in Environmental Policy from Michigan State University James Madison College.
