Rachael H. Moore focuses her practice on class actions, appeals, and environmental cases. She has experience in the areas of energy and professional liability litigation. She has represented corporate and individual clients in state and federal court in multiple jurisdictions, as well as before government regulators and arbitral tribunals.

Class Actions

  • Serving as class counsel for multiple automakers involved in class action litigations involving allegations of consumer fraud and warranty violations.

Environmental Litigation & Counseling

  • Won preliminary injunction after motion practice and hearing granting client immediate access to manufacturing cite to conduct environmental mediation activities.
  • Successfully compelled arbitration through motion practice of counter-claims seeking monetary damages in litigation involving access rights to property.

Prior to joining Bush Seyferth PLLC, Rachael was a Litigation Associate at Steptoe & Johnson PLLC, where she gained substantial experience drafting motions, managing discovery, and representing clients at trial. She also worked at Steptoe & Johnson PLLC as a Summer Associate. During Law School, Rachael worked as a Civil Practice Student Attorney where she assisted indigent clients with a range of civil legal matters, from family law disputes to immigration matters for asylum seekers. While working in the clinic, Rachael received the award for Excellence in Clinical Education.

Rachael received her J.D, Order of the Coif, from the University of Colorado Law School in 2018. There she served as Production Editor of the Colorado Law Review. Rachael received her B.A. in International Relations with a specialization in Environmental Policy from Michigan State University James Madison College.
