BSP Summer Program
The BSP Summer Associate Program is a 10-week, immersive experience designed for law students who want more than résumé lines; they want real responsibility, meaningful mentorship, and early exposure to high-stakes litigation.
Running from late May through the end of July, the program offers hands-on involvement in trial and appellate matters alongside attorneys who are leaders in their fields. At BSP, Summer Associates are treated as part of the team from day one.
What to Expect:
Throughout the summer, participants may:

Draft legal research memoranda and motions;

Assist with discovery and deposition preparation;

Attend trials, hearings, depositions, and client meetings;

Collaborate with attorneys across practice areas;

Receive ongoing mentorship and professional development guidance.

The program is structured to mirror the work of a first-year associate—providing a realistic and rewarding preview of life at BSP.

Summer Associate Events & Firm Culture
The BSP Summer Associate Program isn’t just about the work—it’s also about building relationships and experiencing the culture that sets our firm apart.
