9.7.13 – BSP Supports MI-C.O.P.S. at the Kazoo Area Foot Chase

The Kazoo Area Foot Chase is a zany fun-run held in Portage as a benefit for Michigan Concerns of Police Survivors (MI-C.O.P.S.). This year’s event took place on Saturday, September 7, 2013.  MI-C.O.P.S. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that provides vital support for families and co-workers of Michigan’s law enforcement officers killed in the line of duty.  MI-C.O.P.S. never charges for the support they provide. They are entirely dependent on donations and fundraising events like this to help those in need.

The Kazoo Area Foot Chase is patterned as a simulated 3.5 mile police foot chase in pursuit of fleeing suspects.  For more information on this event please click here
