BSP Attorneys Secure Summary Disposition

BSP Attorneys Patrick Seyferth and William McDonald secured summary disposition for a vehicle manufacturer in an action in United States District Court for the Western District of Michigan in which Plaintiff alleged product defects caused a fire in the subject vehicle. Agreeing with BSP’s arguments, the court ruled that the vehicle manufacturer was entitled to summary judgment, and dismissed all claims against the vehicle manufacturer.
