BSP Attorneys Published in ABA’s April 2019 Division 7 Newsletter

Moheeb Murray and Michael Laramie co-authored “Lien Rights for Pre-Construction Services Providers Continue to Expand,” which was published in the April 2019 issue of the ABA’s Division 7 newsletter. The article examines how a mechanic’s lien has historically been handled, recent statutes enacted giving more rights for pre-construction services, and how the timing of a lien being attached to the project can alter protection for those who provide pre-construction services.   Click here to read their article on page 4.
