Justin Weiner Named Partner at BSP

TROY — Justin Weiner has been named partner at Bush Seyferth PLLC, a leading boutique litigation firm in Troy, Michigan.

Justin focuses his practice on complex business litigation and product liability litigation. Justin is part of the BSP team that serves as National Counsel for a major automotive manufacturer, coordinating discovery throughout the country, and he has an extensive background in intellectual property litigation. In each of these practice areas, he translates complex technical issues into persuasive, understandable presentations and arguments. Justin has experience earning favorable results for his clients in state and federal courts nationwide.

Justin has been recognized by Benchmark Litigation in its 40 & Under Hot List and as a Rising Star Under 40.

Justin graduated from the University of Chicago, The Law School with honors in 2007. He went on to clerk for Judge Frank H. Easterbrook on the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals and, later, Judge Milton L. Shadur of the Northern District of Illinois. Before joining BSP, Justin was a partner at a litigation boutique in Chicago.

He is a member of the State Bar Association of Michigan United States Courts Committee and the Michigan IP Inn of Court.
