BSP Wins Nearly Six-Figure Judgment

BSP attorneys, led by Moheeb Murray, recently obtained a nearly six-figure judgment and sanctions award in Wayne County on behalf of Repwest Insurance Company against several claimants for fraudulently seeking PIP benefits following a staged accident involving a rented U-Haul truck. BSP countersued several plaintiffs and added additional parties as third-party defendants after it uncovered evidence that the claimed accident and alleged injuries were fraudulent. Several medical providers also dropped their PIP suits after being confronted with the evidence of the staged accident.
