BSP Member Stephanie Douglas presented “Superior to Class Actions: Why Courts Should Consider Defendants’ Recalls and Warranties Before Certifying a Class as the ‘Superior’ Means of Resolving Consumer Claims” at the Lawyers for Civil Justice membership meeting in Nashville, TN on December 2.
