BSP Law Names Professional Development & Diversity Director

Bush Seyferth PLLC is excited to announce that Lena Gonzalez has taken on the newly created role of Professional Development and Diversity Director. In this new role, Lena will be leading the firm’s recruiting, training, and diversity initiatives, including assisting attorneys with business and career development. She will also be developing and expanding our Summer Associate Program to provide a stimulating and dynamic experience for exceptional law students.

Lena has been serving as BSP’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Director for over two years. This position has allowed her to champion and implement practices that support an inclusive and equitable workplace.

Lena litigates complex commercial and tort cases in state and federal courts for clients ranging from global manufacturing companies to private individuals. She also possesses extensive litigation experience in insurance defense, product liability, and discovery matters. Lena received her J.D. from Wayne State University Law School in 2016. She also has a B.A. in Social Relations and Public Policy from James Madison College at Michigan State University.
