BSP Law Recognizes Mental Health Awareness Month
May is Mental Health Awareness Month.
One in five U.S. adults lives with a mental health condition. Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. Though it is often overlooked, mental health is just as important as, and can often impact, physical health. If you are struggling with a mental health condition, know that you are not alone and there are many resources to help. Organizations like the National Alliance on Mental Illness, Anxiety and Depression Association of America, and Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, provide resources to support and improve mental health.
