BSP Law and the Appellate Practice Committee of the Federal Bar Association of the Eastern District of Michigan will present “Advocacy Insights,” a discussion with Sixth Circuit Judge Julia Gibbons and U.S. District Court Judge Laurie Michelson about presenting argument in trial versus appellate courts.
