11.4-11.5.22 – BSP Attorneys to Lead Discussions at The Trial Network Conference

BSP Members Bill McDonald and Roger Meyers will participate in panels at The Trial Network’s upcoming conference titled “Corporate Litigation: Never Face the Music Alone.” The conference will take place from November 3-6 in Rancho Palos Verdes, California.

Bill will lead the panel titled “Reflecting on 2+ Years of Remote Work,” which will explore the creative ways firms are meeting employee needs and demands in a work-from-home environment and reflect on the changes to client service that have and haven’t worked and what the future may hold.

Roger will be a panelist for “Latest and Greatest ADR Strategies for Success.” This panel will provide tips for negotiating the format of mediation and arbitration proceedings and options to consider for managing expenses, depth of discovery, and the pace.
