BSP Achieves Midsize Mansfield Certification Plus

BSP Law is proud to announce that Diversity Lab has awarded the firm Midsize Mansfield Certification Plus status for 2022-2023.

The “Plus” designation indicates that the firm has not only continued to take steps to increase inclusivity in leadership, but we’ve made measured progress in doing so. Only half of the Certified firms achieved the “Plus” designation this year.

BSP Law is pleased to have our ongoing efforts recognized and confirmed by reaching this significant milestone. We will continue to build teams that reflect the diversity of our clients and communities while providing exceptional service.

Mansfield Rule is a structured certification process designed to ensure all talent at participating law firms and legal departments have a fair and equal opportunity to advance into leadership. Mansfield is focused on broadening the talent pool for consideration, including those historically underrepresented in the legal profession, to facilitate transparent leadership pathways.
