BSP Law founding member Patrick Seyferth moderated a panel titled “Autonomous Vehicles – Cases, Rulemaking and Future Considerations” on Saturday, November 4, as part of the Napa Litigation SuperCourse hosted by The Trial Network.

Patrick drove the conversation on current and emerging legal issues related to advanced driver assist systems, warnings, and autonomous vehicles, while each panelist provided their inside perspective. Panelists included Chandler Bailey (Lightfoot Franklin & Wright), Erinn DePorre (Qualcomm), and Jim Chen (Volkswagen).
