1.17.24 – BSP Attorney Attends Hillman Trial Advocacy Program
BSP Law associate Heather C. Gin attended the 42nd Annual Hillman Advocacy Program in Grand Rapids, Michigan on January 17-19. This program gives attorneys a unique opportunity to develop courtroom skills under the guidance of some of Michigan’s top trial lawyers.
Attorneys learn by conducting direct-and cross-examinations of live witnesses and performing exercises involving impeachment of witnesses and introduction of exhibits. Performances are recorded and reviewed, and each attorney is given feedback to help improve their courtroom skills.
