Their presentation, titled Heavy Trucks—They Aren’t Just “Big Cars”: The Unique Challenges of ADAS and Product Defect Litigation in Heavy Trucking, explored the distinct challenges faced by the heavy trucking industry compared to passenger vehicle manufacturers.

Topics included how public perceptions of the trucking industry contribute to inflated verdicts in trucking product liability cases.
