BSP Law Charitable Foundation Joel Stern Scholarship 2024-2025 Now Accepting Applications

The BSP Law Charitable Foundation Joel Stern Scholarship is now accepting applications for the 2024-2025 scholarship. Now in its fourth year, the scholarship seeks to provide financial support to students who contribute to the diversity of their law school student body as they pursue their legal career.

The scholarship is named in recognition of Joel Stern, who was diagnosed with Stage IV Renal Cell Carcinoma in November of 2020. Joel served as the Chief Executive Officer of the National Association of Minority and Women Owned Law Firms (NAMWOLF) and prior to his position there, he spent more than 25 years as in-house counsel for major companies. Throughout his career, Joel created and led award-winning diversity and inclusion legal programs and was a trusted advisor and executive coach to both businesses and legal executives.

Interested applicants must submit their applications by 11:59 PM ET on Friday, February 14, 2025.
