Collin J. Kelly focuses his practice on high-stakes motions and appeals. He has extensive litigation experience in antitrust disputes, misappropriation of trade secrets, nationwide class actions, and corporate governance issues across both federal and state courts. A versatile advocate, Collin brings a sharp focus to every complex matter he handles.
Prior to joining Bush Seyferth, Collin was an Associate Attorney at Dickinson Wright PLLC, where he represented individual and institutional clients in complex business litigation matters.
During law school, Collin was also a Summer Associate at Blanchard & Walker PLLC.
Collin received his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School and earned his B.A. in Political Science and Economics from the University of Michigan, where he graduated with Highest Honors and High Distinction.
