Dylan J. Goodwin focuses his practice on defending big name automobile manufacturers at a national capacity with a focus in product liability litigation. He also possesses extensive litigation experience in insurance defense, medical malpractice, and various other types of catastrophic personal injury lawsuits. Dylan is committed to the mentoring, advancement, and support of diverse individuals. He serves as a member on BSP’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee.

Before joining Bush Seyferth PLLC, Dylan was an associate attorney at the Kitch Law Firm in Detroit, MI. At Kitch, Dylan handled high volume commercial litigation cases and helped shield his clients from liability through aggressive discovery and dispositive motions.

Dylan received his J.D. from the Michigan State University College of Law, where he was a member of the distinguished Geoffrey Feiger Trial Practice Institute – finishing in the top of his class. In addition, Dylan was a Mock Trial Champion and finalist on the Major League Baseball Salary Arbitration Team. He received his undergraduate degree in Economics from Central Michigan University, where he played four years of Division 1 baseball.

Dylan serves as an ambassador for P.C.U.P.S. (“Prostate Cancer Understanding Prevention Screenings”) – a charitable organization dedicated to promoting men’s health and wellness through early detection screening and knowledge of symptoms, treatments, and care.
