Thomas G. Cribbins focuses his practice on Product Liability.
Product Liability
- Obtained a full defense verdict in South Bend, Indiana on multiple automotive product liability claims including defective and unreasonably dangerous design, failure to warn, and failure to instruct and a punitive damage claim against a major automotive OEM.
Prior to joining BSP Law, Thomas served as a law clerk to Chief United States District Judge Alia Moses of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas.
During law school, he served as a judicial intern to United States District Judge Robert Cleland of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. He also served as a legal intern for the St. Clair County Prosecuting Attorney, the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Michigan, and the United States Department of Justice’s Organized Crime & Gang Section.
Thomas received his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School in 2022. He received his B.A. in Complex Systems & Political Science from the University of Michigan in 2017. Thomas speaks Spanish and Irish.
