BSP Obtains Dismissal from Ninth Circuit in Song-Beverly Appeal

This week, BSP attorney Derek Linkous, assisted by Marissa Wiesen, secured dismissal of an appeal to the Ninth Circuit on behalf of Ford Motor Company. The Ninth Circuit found it lacked appellate jurisdiction, agreeing with Ford’s position that the district court’s order denying an ex parte application was not a final order in this California Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act case.
