10.26.24 – BSP Law Members to Present at The Trial Network’s Top Gun Litigation Conference

BSP Law Members William E. McDonald, III and Justin B. Weiner will be presenting at the Trial Network’s “Top Gun Litigation: Courtroom Mavericks” Conference in San Diego, California, on Saturday, October 26.

William E. McDonald, III will facilitate a breakout session titled “Whose Surrogate Is It Anyway?” BSP Law Member Justin B. Weiner, along with Bob Fulton (Hill Ward Henderson) and Michael Steinberger (General Motors), will serve as Discussion Leaders. The group will review recent examples of innovative surrogate testing and their impact on cases and juries.
