BSP Law Members William E. McDonald, III and Justin B. Weiner presented at the Trial Network’s “Top Gun Litigation: Courtroom Mavericks” Conference in San Diego, California, on Saturday, October 26.

William E. McDonald, III facilitated a breakout session titled “Whose Surrogate Is It Anyway?” BSP Law Member Justin B. Weiner, along with Bob Fulton (Hill Ward Henderson) and Michael Steinberger (General Motors), served as Discussion Leaders. The group reviewed recent examples of innovative surrogate testing and their impact on cases and juries.
