Bush Seyferth Senior Associate Appointed Chair of State Bar of Texas Appellate Rules Subcommittee

Bush Seyferth is proud to share that Senior Associate Katrina Colwell Arp has been appointed to Chair of the Appellate Rules Subcommittee of the State Bar of Texas Court Rules Committee.

The Court Rules Committee considers potential revisions to the rules governing civil practice in Texas and related statutes.

As Chair of the Appellate Rules Subcommittee, Katrina will help lead the subcommittee’s evaluation of proposed changes to the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure and other issues affecting appellate practice. This appointment builds on her prior service as Vice Chair of the Committee’s Pre-Trial Subcommittee and as a member of the Appellate Rules Subcommittee.
