Henry T. Holland focuses his practice on Critical Motions / Appeals and Class Actions.
- Secured victories in two substantive arbitrability disputes stemming from an oil consumption class action.
Prior to joining BSP Law, Henry served as a Law Clerk for Judge Richard A. Griffin of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, Justice David F. Viviano of the Michigan Supreme Court, and Justice Richard H. Bernstein of the Michigan Supreme Court. Before clerking, he served as a Research Attorney for the Michigan Court of Appeals.
Henry received his J.D. magna cum laude from Wayne State University Law School in 2018. During law school, he was an Assistant Editor of The Wayne Law Review and a member of the Order of the Coif. He also served as a clerk for the Criminal Division of the Michigan Attorney General and as a Student Attorney for the Wayne Law Business and Community Law Clinic. He received his B.A. in Political Science & Italian from the University of Michigan.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Henry spent a year with City Year Detroit tutoring high-school students at Cody High School.
As a northern Michigander, Henry and his wife Lauren enjoy hiking and biking in summer and ice skating and snowshoeing in the winter.
His favorite books are classics, such as Les Misérables by Victor Hugo and Germinal by Émile Zola.
