Katrina Colwell Arp focuses her practice on complex product liability cases, commercial litigation, and appellate litigation. She has represented a diverse range of manufacturers in state and federal courts across Texas and nationwide. Katrina’s expertise covers every stage of the litigation process, from case investigation and strategic planning to discovery, dispositive motions, trial, and appeal. She is honored to serve on the Texas Bar Court Rules Committee as the vice-chair of the Pre-Trial subcommittee.
Before joining BSP Law, Katrina maintained an active litigation practice focused on representing manufacturers in a variety of products-liability, commercial, personal injury, and appellate matters at firms in Austin, Texas and Dallas, Texas.
Katrina earned her J.D. from Baylor University School of Law, where she served as Vice President of the American Constitution Society and was a member of the Baylor Barrister Society. She also competed on the Chicago Bar Association Moot Court Team. She has a long-standing affiliation with the Baylor Undergraduate Mock Trial Team, including various tournament hosting, coaching and mentorship roles.
