- Obtained dismissal of piercing-the-corporate-veil allegations for national homebuilder.
Prior to joining BSP Law, Nicole served as a law clerk for the Honorable Richard A. Griffin of the Sixth Circuit and the Honorable Paul L. Maloney of the Western District of Michigan.
Nicole received her J.D. from Wayne State University Law School in 2018. She received her B.S. in Mathematics from Lawrence Technological University in 2015.
