11.12.26 – Bush Seyferth Attorneys to Guest Lecture at the University of Michigan 

Bush Seyferth attorneys Dylan Goodwin and Ryan Vanderford will guest lecture at the University of Michigan’s Automotive Human Factors course on North Campus.  

The course, offered through the University of Michigan’s Industrial and Operations Engineering program, examines how drivers interact with vehicle design and technology.  

Dylan and Ryan will speak with engineering students about product liability for engineers, giving students a look at how human factors issues play out in automotive litigation. The lecture will cover design and manufacturing defect claims, engineering steps to support a due-care defense, depositions, and jury trends in wrongful injury and death claims.
