11.12.26 – Bush Seyferth to Co-Host the Texas Litigators Exchange with Lightfoot, Franklin & White 

Bush Seyferth is proud to co-host the Texas Litigators Exchange with Lightfoot, Franklin & White at The Houstonian in Houston. The invite-only roundtable offers in-house counsel up to four hours of CLE on issues shaping litigation in Texas. 

Bush Seyferth attorney Katrina Colwell Arp will present updates on Texas appellate rules and summary judgment practice. Lane Morrison will join Sandy Hooper of Lightfoot, Franklin & White to discuss emerging trends in litigation funding, and Amy Bice Larson and Michael Hanover will present “Automotive Litigation in Texas: ADAS, Product Liability & Vehicle Data.” 

Additional sessions will cover the new Texas Business Court, plaintiff perspectives from the other side of the bar, and AI usage in Texas.
