Brian D. King focuses his practice on product liability, class actions, and commercial litigation. Brian also has extensive litigation experience in insurance and commercial motor vehicle matters.
- Represented non-manufacturing seller in a products liability case where summary disposition was obtained, and successfully briefed and defended the appeal.
- Represented a property owner in a catastrophic injury premises liability case where summary disposition was obtained, and successfully briefed and defended the appeal.
- Represented insurance client in multiple catastrophic injury claims.
Prior to joining BSP Law, Brian served as an associate at three Michigan law firms. He has successfully represented his clients in a broad variety of complex litigation matters. Brian litigates cases with tenacity and has extensive experience in deposing expert witnesses regarding complex medical diagnoses.
During law school, he served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Christopher M. Murray of the Michigan Court of Appeals and a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Sean F. Cox of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
Brian received his J.D. from Wayne State University Law School in 2014. He received his B.A., summa cum laude in Criminal Justice from Saginaw Valley State University, where he was a member of the men’s golf team.

Brian works as an Assistant Golf Coach at Detroit Catholic Central, his high school alma mater. Brian is also passionate about public lands and conservation and is a member of the Backcountry Hunters and Anglers and Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation.
